By identifying the intended impact and goals, the sequence of desired effects, which activities are meant to achieve which effects, and where to concentrate outcome and process evaluations we can adjust and modify the project plans as they evolve. We will track changes at each stage of the planned sequence of effects to pinpoint intermediate effects and establish measurable indicators for them.
